Refund policy

RETURNS

Are you unhappy with an item, please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a refund as long as it's being returned to us in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. Please note we are unable to refund or cover the cost of shipping charges unless the item was damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

We try our best to wrap our items as good as possible but sadly accidents can happen anyways. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement. If the item is out of stock we will offer you a refund.

​Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you are located. If your delivery hasn't arrived after a reasonable substantial time, please contact us and we will investigate. If we send you a replacement and the initial delivery arrives we may require the duplicate to be returned to us, the cost of which will be covered by us.
