WHEN DO WE SHIP?

We ship within 1-3 working days but please note it might take slightly longer during holiday seasons. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship worldwide to most countries.

We ONLY ship matchboxes to Scandinavian countries due to restrictions.

MATCHBOXES

Matchboxes (even just one) are considered a fired hazard product. Strict regulations are therefore in place when it comes to shipping these. We can SADLY therefore ship matchboxes by ground force ("pakke til hentested/Norgespakke 0-35kg" and "vanlig pakke utland" Posten) to Nordic countries ONLY. The package will have a warning label attached.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY MATCHBOXES ADDED TO ORDERS OUTSIDE SCANDINAVIA WILL BE REMOVED/REFUNDED.

Customers visiting Oslo are advised to purchase candles with included matchbox at Neseblod Records. 

Customs and import taxes

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aske of Norway is not responsible for delays due to custom hold ups.
